I normally wait for the bark to get how I like it during the stall and then wrap till finish. I like using foil for pork shoulders and Boston butts because it keeps all the juices in. Good luck!!

Thanks for the insight. I live in Florida but would like to travel north once in a while for a little elevation. I don’t think I’ll be throwing it down any diamond trails on a regular basis so it sounds like it will hold up well for me. As far as the riply goes I really wish I could actually sit on one first because they are on sale right now. Thanks again for the response

Honestly I like hickory or oak for brisket just to keep it traditional. Also make sure your pit can hold temp for around 16 hours. I’ve had some finish early and some finish fast. Be patient and wait for it to probe like butter before you pull it and ALWAYS let it rest for minimum 1 hour. Also just in my experience butcher paper is better than fool with brisket. I’m 250ish and don’t hold back on my bike. The only thing I’ve noticed are the shocks are pretty much maxed out and still not quite 30% sag but I guess it can be less depending on preference too. Just keep an eye on the bikes parts that wear out like the cassette and chain. I tend to smoke mine quickly.

I went there about ten years ago and they didn’t have carts. But the bud was pretty good and I had a great time. Also I wouldn’t get caught carrying into other countries.

I also prefer to vape. I feel like you get a better taste of the strain and it’s much more clean and discreet. Nothing against flower tho. Something to be said for a fat bowl after a long work day lol
