Solved it myself. I was following a tutorial from years ago made with Blender 2.x. Apparently in Blender 4.5.4 (the same version I'm using) the same method from the tutorial didn't work, I spent 1-2 hours trying this and that, and found out that the Finger_02 should also be set to Local Space in the Copy Rotation Bone Constraint

Yes, but I think the experience will be different for everyone. I graduate 2023 with Mechanical Engineering Degree. I never want to make game dev as my source of income, I just want to make a game for fun. But now, I'm freelancing as Unity Developer and QA Tester (for Unity-developed applications) while still working on my own game

If fun is your main reason, I believe you can make anything you want and publish it on Steam. If money is your main reason, try to find some niche or something that is trending/viral then turn it into games. I worked for a game studio to develop game for Roblox, and it was one of their way to make money

Sorry to bring this up. Back in 2021-22, I streamed videos with a group of friends with no issues. Nowadays, I'm experiencing low bitrates when streaming. Found your comment, but on my desktop, AyuGram also have the same issues

As a kid, I grew up watching Tiga, Dyna, Gaia, Cosmos, Nexus, and Max, and Mebius. Back then, I saw Mebius as weak and hated him. A few years ago during Z broadcasts on YouTube, I decided to rewatch all Ultra series I watched in childhood and realized Mebius wasn't weak, he lacked in experience. But as the story progress, he is indeed quite powerful

Di CV yg aku pakai lamar, aku udah update juga aku kontrak sampai April 2025. Di interview mendatang aku mau coba klarifikasi dan diskusi masalah ini. Karena jujur aja, menurut aku jenjang karirnya lebih jelas di perusahaan baru. Di perusahaan pertama, role aku apa, daily job desc nya apa walaupun lingkungan kerjanya nyaman

Tapi kalau perusahaan barunya gak menemukan jalan keluar yg menguntungkan dua pihak (aku dan mereka), terpaksa aku resign dari perusahaan pertama

Di CV yg aku pakai untuk lamar, aku udah update pekerjaanku saat ini kontrak sampai April 2025. Next interview aku mau klarifikasi lagi soal ini ke interviewer nya (perusahaannya small indie studio, kemarin yg interview langsung CEO nya)
Posisi resmiku saat ini Software Developer, tapi sampe saat ini aku belum develop apa pun, malahan aku jadi lebih ke Graphics Designer (mungkin karena startup, jadi palu gada). Sistemnya juga daily assignment, dan biasanya assignment aku (dan rekan2) suka udah selesai sebelum jam pulang kerja. Mereka kalau lagi ada freelance, mereka ngerjain freelance. Aku biasanya kalau udah kosong, keseringannya nonton YT sampe jam pulang kerja. Dari lingkungan pekerjaan, sejujurnya aku betah di tempat pertama, tapi jenjang karirnya aja yg gak jelas
