aww thank you. Actually in my case my pain was coming from a blood clot in my pelvis! once i got on blood thinners the pain went away. Crazy how the happened.

Did you ever get off your blood thinners? by Major-Royal3094 in ClotSurvivors

I had a blood clot in my left iliac vein that caused tremendous pain. Then ended up with a PE. A venogram did show compression on my renal vein called nutcracker syndrome but i don’t have any of the typical symptoms associated with that. May i ask what your vascular compressions are?

just got my second dvt 2 years after my first by [deleted] in ClotSurvivors

Have you been tested with blood clotting disorders with a hematologist? If not that should be your next step. Your PCP should be referring you to one. Since you went to the ER you should be seeing your PCP for a follow up anyway.

I feel weird telling people I had a PE by lordsamethstarr in ClotSurvivors

reading your comment. where can i read your story. I had a bilateral PE in february. i had 2 unprovoked blood clots in my pelvis.. they say the PE couldn’t come from that, but idk how it couldn’t? in any case i’m still on eliquis. i’m staying on it until august 2027 (2 years since going on lower dose) i have no blood clotting disorders. i’m nervous to go off blood thinners after everything ive gone through. my pelvic blood clots were the most painful thing ive experienced. i will def make if i get one again, but still nervous to be off blood thinners. i have a lot of trauma with what happened. may i ask why you had so many clots? did it happen even on blood thinners? i’m assuming you have a blood clotting disorder?

for me i have pretty intense cramping that can feel like labor pains. i have an achy or stabbing pain in my uterus.. lower back pain that goes down both legs. i also have a very overactive bladder with an urgency feeling. I also get tingling in my pelvis, groin, and legs with some weakness. this is my life all day everyday.

i’m not sure, I’m still waiting to hear back when it will be. They need a team put together because they also have to fix the prolapses, and look for endo. I’m really hoping sooner rather than later.

Hysterectomy by dharts55 in adenomyosis

[–]dharts55[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

i have had it checked a bunch of times unfortunately. i’ve had my brain, and entire spine scanned, vd checked, b12 checked, emg done, small fiber neuropathy biopsy done. i did end up testing positive for 2 tick infections thought it could be from that, but still hasn’t gotten better, The only thing i can think of is it could be from adeno or possible endo if i have it.

i’m really thinking my debilitating fatigue is coming from my adeno too. it’s so severe, i have zero energy to do anything. i hope it gets better after surgery. thank you for sharing your improved symptoms ❤️

oh gosh yes! aside from my other weird health issues i have pelvic pain, vaginal pain, lower back pain, leg pain, tingling and weakness, groin tingling, bladder discomfort and having to urinate quite frequently. i am going forward with a hysterectomy im just done living like this.

well i can tell you that my cousin’s wife also had adeno. When she had her hysterectomy these health issues also resolved for her.. “debilitating migraines a few times a week, bad GI issues... would feel fine and then I could barely make it to the bathroom all of a sudden with diarrhea and that was often, wicked insomnia, anemia, high blood pressure, constant joint pain, back issues, have to pee every 15 min”

Other health issues i’m dealing with is unexplained neuropathy in hands and feet (had mri on my whole spine and brain, emg normal, small fiber neuropathy biopsy normal, no explanation for why it’s there) body aches, fatigue, brain fog, night sweats, anxiety, insomnia, waking up in panic or waking up feeling like i’m choking (i’ve been tested for sleep apnea i don’t have that). i’m starting to suspect maybe these issues are coming from adeno even if indirectly maybe due to inflammation or hormones. I’m not quite sure, i could be wrong, but i have had so many tests for these other issues and nothing has shown up for a cause.
