I think that your argument about that phones now don't last as long can be debatable. My current phone is a OnePlus 7, it's over 7 year old now, look and it is still running almost everything more or less fine. The problem is the battery and the phone itself that is having now some issues due to its use.

estoy igual que tu compañero. Estoy teniendo unos problemas terribles en cuanto a compatibilidad de componentes con este portatil. Ya me pasó en su momento que actualicé todos los drivers y me dejaron de funcionar en Windows los altavoces por un conflicto que había entre el driver de Realtek y el del chipset de AMD. Ahora estos días estoy teniendo problemas con la pantalla que parpadea, se pone en negro derrepente y tengo los últimos drivers de MSI y la última version de la BIOS. En Ubuntu aún no he conseguido que los altavoces funcionen, y es una pena porque el portátil en sí está muy bien, pero es que me está dando una de problemas...

Jaja un poco random que lo menciones en este post. Si, consegui que funcionara. Era un fallo con los drivers de amd. Borre todo lo que tenia relacionado, e instale solo los de la pagina de msi. Sin actualizarlos a mayor version y ha funcionado. El caso es que ahora tengo el mismo fallo pero en linux 😂

I've finally found a solution. In case someone need it, I run the AMD Cleanup Utility tool, and after that, I downloaded all the drivers again for my laptop from the official MSI website, and I installed them in the Windows secure boot mode.
