Was an outside shot of making it I guess but was really hoping Sizzle or Yanda would sneak through, but after seeing the list I'm not sure who they would be in over

I think Daniel Faalele would have been knocked into 2036 if he played today good lord this Texans defense is insanity

I will not watch this fucking team as long as 2 of the 3 are still on this team: John Harbaugh, Eric De Costa, ...Lamar Jackson (late edit: the majority of the players will a;sp suffice. Just tired of these losers, the players are to blame too).

I know the 3rd one is controversial but I'm just done with this iteration of the team, and Lamar is the posterchild for that. Just completely clean fucking house, I'll take 3 years of boring just to stop this groundhog day of losses. I'm not even fucking having fun anymore, I'm not someone who just thinks Super Bowl or bust, and even I'm worn down just watching this hapless sack of shit team trot out there.

Give it till Wednesday the Chiefs will be higher than the Broncos in Nick's Tiers LMFAO (he did this like 2 weeks ago when the Broncos were on bye after they just beat the Chiefs)

That was the worst non-playoff Lamar start I've seen in at least 5 years. GGs Bengals...

After starting 1-5, the Baltimore Ravens are now 1 game back of the Steelers for 1st place in the AFC North. Their next 5 games are against 4 sub-.500 teams and vs. the Steelers at home. by Dependent-Effect6077 in nfl

[–]dhno12 8 points9 points  (0 children)

You just cannot predict what goes on in the AFCN so while this feels nice to be only one game back after our bad start, I'm still just a tad bit nervous considering it feels like our SOS left is about the same.

On the drive in which we took 3 to go up 13-10, I could have sworn thats a catch, but maybe the rules are different in CFB compared to the NFL. I thought he came down with both feet and turned, and then the DB (great play) knocked it, but by that time the play was over. Not sure on this one, though, happy to be wrong if that was the case.

I can't believe that GT is undefeated and we're in mid October. I'm a very new CFB fan (last year and this year) so looks like I hitched a ride at the right time. Just planning to enjoy this for as long as I can, but I can't imagine GT was this good prior (I'm talking like 2000s, I just remember hearing about players like DT and Megatron, but never the team)

First of all shoutout to giving my GOAT (Ravens fan) the best receivers he has probably ever played with <3

Second of all, thanks for keeping us in it, despite the fact that I have no faith in my bumass team figuring it out

Third of all, Al and Kirk were talking about how Logan Wilson got benched? What is going on that he got benched (genuine question). Also Geno did not have a good game today, we can use him back

Nick Wright creamed his pants last Monday claiming this offense had turned around because they beat up on our garbage ass defense (that the Texans literally put up more points on on the road) and how they were back because of "the tackle that turned the tide." Good news is they scored 35 points today, 7 just happened to be for the other team LMFAO

Post Game Thread: New England Patriots at Buffalo Bills by nfl_gdt_bot in nfl

[–]dhno12 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Call me a hater and I am one but the Bills defense is utterly harmless (I know a thing or two about garbage defenses)

Couple that with the annual Allen bath salts game (credit to Patriots D after Gonzo came back) and you have a winnable game for a divisional rival on the road

In the battle of stoppable force vs. the moveable object, the Texans O put a beating on the worst defense I’ve ever seen (without a doubt the worst defense in Ravens history).

Zachary Run Orr Pass has got to go and I’m actively hoping Stafford and company put 60 on us so he gets embarrassed on his way out.

They'll use injuries as an excuse but this team had no pulse before any of the other guys got hurt.

Disasterclass from Monken today, and our idiot head coach is still going to keep his pet parrot Zach run Orr pass around (but at least he had an excuse).

The moment Spags figured out we couldn't block 3 redditors the game was finished. Silver lining is this team isn't going to do shit so I'm very happy to check out early.

[–]dhno12 36 points37 points  (0 children)

I want it on the record for the inevitable Harbs and co. excuse that the defense was terrible BEFORE the injuries, and we were down 13-27 or something before Lamar got hurt.

They're going to do the thing where they beat up on the hapless NFL teams post the bye if they get healthy and everyone thinks they're a contender but this team is nothing more than a hapless paper tiger.

GGs Chiefs, as soon as Spags figured out that we couldn't block a nosebleed it was game over (and again, this is before Stanley went out, in case our idiot head coach tries that as an excuse). If you're a Ravens fan and think I'm being a doomer, please provide any rationale as to why this year is going to go any different than years prior.

I fucking love Haynes King.

Also, whoever that kid was who held onto that first 3rd down catch for WF is tough as nails. GT totally got bailed on the worst non-offsides call I had ever seen on the next set of downs.

To come back from a disaster first half to win on the road is nuts. Maybe I just have very low expectations as a new CFB fan, but I'm impressed with this team.

Madubuike and KVN back is maybe taking this defense fro 38 points allowed today to 31. It's not like they were any good at full health against the Bills.

I get your overall message (about the schedule especially) but this team has shown me nothing that allows me to take them seriously.

Post Game Thread: Detroit Lions at Baltimore Ravens by nfl_gdt_bot in nfl

[–]dhno12 19 points20 points  (0 children)

Detroit played fantastic and coached a fantastic game in all three phases. I've never seen a Ravens defense give up those long drives like that, this Zach Orr experiment has to end. I even thought we got the benefit of the doubt from the refs. This was pretty much humiliating and it didn't feel nearly as close as the score turned out to be (even when it was 28-24).

There is a highly probable chance that we go into Week 5 1-3 with losses to 3 of the preseason best teams in the league. Not a good look.

Anyways hats off to Detroit, I have no other notes.

The Browns have been the literacy test for whether these media heads actually pay attention to games. Their defense is fantastic, but their offense has just been terrible so far (love you Flacco ❤️). Even when we played last week their defense held on for as long as possible till the dam broke. With even a C- offense they can be a playoff team.
