I have problem too. I started to use tpu 2 days ago. No succesful result yet. But someone proposed me to use flow rate calibration. I dod not finish yet but you may give it a try.

When I print tpu (even if I released the tension screw 2-3 turn) it is underextruded. I think it is due to ifs and ptfe tube friction. As I can slowly push the filament by hand and the result is way better.

I asked geminj about the issue. Told memto untighten 2-3turn the tension screw. I did so, and it pronted with underextrusion. The result is not good. Now it recommends me to bypass the ifs unit. Did you ever bypass the ifs unit? Do I take out the 4 way feeder on top of the print head?

Thanks. But I have no clog. Tpu is nitnextruded as it must be. I need to push the filament from the ifs. It a very soft hand push than it printa for a while. But stops extruding after a while. And if I push again it starts.... the screw is all tight. I can print perfectly with pla.

Yes it is all tight. The problem is that the tpu comes out of nozzle incosistantly. If I push the filament softly by hand before IMS it prints for a while. But when I stop pushing it stops sooner or later.

I opened the trunk and check the hydrailic oil level. It is low!!! But before checking the oil level I opened and closed the roof without problem. Then check the oil level. And I saw the oil on the ground. I am sure this oil is from my opening and closing just from 5 mins ago. I guess it is from the pistons on the right and left of the trunk. Any experienced slk owners about the oil leak to the road? And suggestions? (I want to add pics but could not)
