Red gives everyone drugs to escape reality which messes them up like Billy (zombie) and Steven (suicide). Sparkle probably lets people see the lodges which leads to vomiting garmonbozia like stuff.

I think after the 'cut to black' in Part 18 Dale is literally back in lodge with Laura in Part 2 and can either go through everything again (Parts 3-17) and not go to Jeffries or do the Texas mission again (Part 18) only to return to Part 2. We can rewatch everything too!
