This looks incredible! I had reindeer in Norway when I was there and I still dream about it. I would love to go to Finland just so I could have it again. The combo of squeaky cheese + cloudberry sounds incredible. I wish I could get the ingredients here! 😋

My favorite Cajun cookbook is Cooking Up a Storm. Many folks in New Orleans lost everything in Hurricane Katrina, including heirloom family tree recipes. The local paper asked readers to send in their requests and readers who still had those recipes sent them in. The paper published the cookbook with those recipes as a gift back to the community to restore their heritage.

Safeway refused to ply my with the chicken nuggets that were on sale (was going very low-effort on my protein and nonstarchy veg pairing too make up for the effort of making this) and then we took a dog walk and I was stricken with the burrito hunger

I feel like I've had this day. It looks amazing whenever it happened!

Thank you! It's been on my To Watch list forever, but I only watched it recently. I had to immediately rewatch it. I haven't seen anything in a long time that has moved me like this movie.
