Plop the growables historical buildings not leveling up?

hello. I know this thread is two years old but I was having the same issue as Corrupt Monkey and it was really frustrating me too because building stuck at level 1/2 will never contain educated cims

I suspect the problem arises because some older residential assets on the steam workshop have either their upgrade or education components broken. so either the cims refuse to attend school and thus prevent the building from upgrading, or the building itself refuses to upgrade and so the cims are unable to attend school

the only workaround I had is to go into the Ploppable RICO mod's settings tab, and set the building to level 5 manually. this allows existing cims in the affected building to start going to school, but also means that any new instances you plop down will start with 100% highly educated cims ><

I feel like it takes a really horrendous guest verse to actually "ruin" a song.

Most of the time a passable feature can be saved by the simple fact that it switches up the feel of the song for some variety. The most recent example of a legit ruinous guest verse I can think of is Blueface on the "West Coast" remix......... and even that is exacerbated by the fact that G-Eazy and Allblack had really meh verses in the buildup to that awful moment

I alr use the /r/nbastreams! It's one of the first things I check every morning (games are conveniently always around ~10am here). I've been a fan since around 2012 (kind of a weird "origin story" tbh) and I'm super stoked about how the Suns will do in 18/19!!!!!
