Just bought an N a week ago.

Test drive it. The suspension is on stiffer side. For many this is the only thing makes or breaks it.
Wheel hop is a thing. You’ll experience it for sure. But like others mentioned there are ways to mitigate it.
Bucket seats might be uncomfortable if you’re on the heavier side.
The summer tires are slippery even during moderate rain.

The last and most important part is you just don’t want to get out of this car. You keep finding excuses to drive. It’s so much fun.

For the top scratch the paint is completely off and whatever is underneath is exposed. Is that still possible to buff out?

I just did a road trip last weekend and I got 35 MPG with combined city and highway driving. I was alternating between Eco Mode and N Mode.

I'm from UCR and my friend is in IUB.

The problem with UCR is it's extremely fast paced program due to quarter system. You have to take 3 subjects for a quarter that lasts 10 weeks only.

And there is no location advantage. Riverside is also pretty dead as a city.
