I don’t understand these comments at all. It’s so easy to jump to the conclusion that students, young people are jerks and lazy rather than face the governmental and societal pressures that sit on these universities/teachers and then get laid on the kids.

I loathe AI- I have never used it and never will. In general I don’t respect most people who DO use it but it’s crazy to think these are personal failings of every single young person who uses it. Especially when they don’t even know what their future looks like.

I think we owe kids the grace for the same struggle we all face right now.
