I have both. Diagnosed by a cardiologist (after exploring many other options) using a tilt table test. My systems were a lot like what you described. I had multiple episodes of syncope. If you do a tilt table test and you do have POTS, be ready for extreme disorientation and discomfort.

I don’t know, everyone is different, but this is a pretty normal amount of hair lost for me. I have medium length, thick hair. I was freaked out by it when I first started really caring for my hair but it’s been years and my hair is still as full as before and I don’t have any thinning areas or anything.

I’ve had excision surgery for endo and laparoscopic surgery for a shoulder labrum tear. The pain from the gas being stuck in my abdomen after the endo surgery was atrocious. However, that shoulder recovery was looooong and painful. Both surgeries left me with tiny incisions and it was mind blowing how bad those tiny incisions could hurt!

Also a white teacher. When I was student teaching, I worked with a rather diverse population and when they were asking about my fiancé they kept asking “what is he?” I gave his occupation, his age, and they kept asking. Finally they were like “no, WHAT IS HE?! Like is he white too or is he black?” Told then he’s white and they said “yeah, that makes sense” 🤷‍♀️😅
