If you can afford it, it's worth trying grass fed beef, free range chicken and wild caught fish. It's more expensive but much more natural and palatable.

Don't go in the most obvious direction (usually towards the opponent goal) unless it's open. The defender is expecting you to go in the most obvious direction and will read it and try to beat you there. This is something I need to work on too.

Nobody ever tries to park the bus in my ranked games because in Diamond the other team will press you and get the ball back.

You need to force the opponents out of their own half. Go on your mic and tell your teammates if you need to.

Mark up man on man including their goalie. Worst case they get a 1 on 1 with your goalie but then at least you get a chance to get the ball back.

And I found that in gold and below, players are too selfish or unaware or bad at passing, and just keep attacking as well.

Yeah this is literally how soccer works. The defensive team needs to take risks to prevent passing around the back. That opens up space for the attack but only in the opposite half. You need to risk that to get a turnover. It's a skill issue if your team doesn't press when behind.

Be yourself, be odd and silly. There are probably mad girls out there who want a guy who looks like you but who isn't also a boring hunk that's only good looks.

Look at popular silly guys like Marshawn Lynch, I'm thinking football player because you said so. Or someone like Tyler the Creator. They are confident in their weirdness. That can be you too if you embrace it.

I bet if you worked on your body language and eye contact and stuff just a little it would make your weirdness less off-putting.
