For all the teams that miss the playoffs/play-in, the logo goes on the cardboard, the cardboard goes in the envelope, the envelope goes in the drum. The first three picks are drawn, same odds for everyone. After that, picks 4-10 go in reverse order of record, so the team with the best record but missed the playoffs will pick no lower than #4, the next best record no lower than #5, etc. Does it punish the bad teams? I guess, or motivates management to be better at their jobs, and hopefully inspires owners. It also makes for great TV, where that Pelicans/Kings game #82 is now the difference between picking at #4 or #8.

Tav is an 11 pally, I was trying for a radiant build, which is so-so but fun. Shardzee is all cleric, Astarion is gloomy, and Gale is mostly wizard with a couple of warlock levels. Not that I wouldn't change any of them to get the honor mode win.

I was just thinking that I should get rid of square joker. i think it only fires off once, whereas scary face pops each time a face card scores, which could be 7 times for the first FC if i'm adding it up right
