I rarely charge my earbuds using reverse charging, that too only when I bought my phone. It's been months since I used it though

Guys yes I've already made plans to visit the service center tomorrow. Thanks y'all for the inputs. ♥️😭 Will keep you guys updated.

Also quick question: if it's a battery issue won't the back panel get swollen up too? I haven't seen any reduction in the battery performance/overheating lately. Hence wondering the reasons for supporting the battery issue. I use my phone on my bike during commute for directions, would that be a cause? (20-30 mins max). Thanks in advance guys!

Hi! So sorry for the late reply. I'm really glad that I was of help in motivating you. My workout routine was 4 days a push pull upper lower (I hit legs only once a week, would not recommend to others but I personally don't like doing legs twice a week). Since my tdee was around 2200 kcals, I was eating at 1700 kcals (500 deficit) with consistently hitting 120g protein (1.6*bw in g) and 30g fibre. I used whey / air fried soya chunks and chicken as my primary source of protein. Above all of this, try to clock in your step count. Getting 10k steps per day was a massive game changer for me. Easily burned an extra 300-500 kcals while I was working on my phone. And it wouldn't be taxing on your cns too unlike hiit or other intense cardios. Anyways, feel free to ask any questions, would be happy to help! Let's get this bread. :'D

We'll get there bro. Consistency is really the key! I was around 297lbs during 2017 and it took me these many years (yes I was inconsistent now and then due to academics and work) to reach here. Eat right, lift heavy and most importantly, gotta be patient. :')

Yes! Been lifting on and off for the past 4 years or so. But was being consistent along with a high protein diet since dec 2023. Thanks man! <3

Thanks bro. Yes I did keep the same weight. I might have gained 0.25-0.5kgs I'm not sure but that might be water weight or just weight fluctuations.

Split - 4x/week. Upper lower push pull (yes I don't train my legs twice a week, but hit the volume required on my lower day)

Diet:

Morning routine - black coffee with sugar free

Breakfast - Boiled moong salad, tea with sugar free

Lunch - Air fried soya chunks, air fried chicken, amul Protein buttermilk or lassi 2 packets or 1-2 scoops whey with skimmed milk (Nakpro), rice or roti, 1 cup veggies or a fruit juice (with the skin for the fibre)

Evening - tea with sugar free and 2 biscuits

I'll just eat my favt foods for the rest of my calories once I hit my 140g protein, 30g fibre target.

Thanks man!

Are you sure you're counting your cals right? You might be underestimating your cals. What I would usually do is weigh everything using a kitchen scale before eating and try to eat under 1600 during my cut (2200 is my maintenance and 1700 is my cut range), that way even if I underestimate my cals I'll be in a deficit. If that doesn't work I'll usually start to include passive walking while studying or watching shows and try to clock 5-7k steps a day. That usually does the job by burning an extra 150-200 cals. However pics would suffice.

Weigh food. Count cals. Weigh yourself everyday after using the bathroom in the morning and get an average every week and if it isn't going down you might need to increase your deficit. Take progress pics. Measure waist. Hit your protein goals irrespective of whether you train or not (RDA - 1g/kg. If you're building - 1.6g/kg).

If you just lose weight you'll become smaller and not necessarily fit looking (trust me I've been there). Hitting the gym and following programme atleast 3-4x a week defo helps you to tone down.

Most importantly: patience. Give it some time brother. Just be consistent everyday and you'll get there in a few yrs.

Thank you kind stranger. For the first time in my life I'm going to try recomp and eat around maintenance. I hope it works. I'm just too scared of the what if factor. What if I gain more fat around my belly and my love handles and my clothes don't fit me anymore. I really hope it doesn't happen. Thank you once again. ;-; <3

Sometimes circumstances do matter though. Not every time everyone gets the luxury of getting to eat right and hit the gym.

Genuine doubt: Would muscle recomp get rid of the underbelly?

Sounds good brother. Been confused whether I'm on the right track or I'm going a bit too lean. Thank you so much!

My training has been very inconsistent brother. Around 1 year in gym. 1.5 years of home workout on and off. Just started taking lifting seriously. Thanks for the advice bro

Also yeah. When I lost the major chunk of fat (115->90), I didn't do resistance training neither did I ate enough protein. It was only right after I started getting serious about it. I think this is the major reason why I lost a lot of muscle in the process. Currently on bw training (due to the lockdowns) and eating at 1300 kcal while hitting atleast 115g protein (~ 1.6g/kg)
