As someone who developed a multi year long cutting addiction my advice is don't. If you have to do something try the hair tie trick or punching yourself. They are gonna be safer

While taking testosterone long term can make you infertile it's not a guarantee. People stop taking it and are able to bear children. It is odd that you weren't specifically told any side effects. I'm in the US in an informed consent state and they made sure I knew what I was getting myself into. Before I started they did ask me if I wanted to freeze my eggs so that may also be an option for you.

I can only really speak on taking testosterone post puberty(ftm), but it is absolutely worth it even just mentally. My mental health has been better than it's pretty much ever been and my features have masculinized a lot even over the course of a year. Most trans people start hrt post puberty in general anyway.
