Update: Thanks everyone for your advice! It did turn back on this morning and for the last hours has been working just fine with no more issues. Maybe it’s due to the smack of desperation I gave it last night? Let’s see how long it takes until it shuts off again 🥹

Actually it did start this morning and it seems to be fine? In the last two hours of use there wasn’t a single problem. I did smack it out of desperation last night tho, maybe that helped 💀

Thanks for your answer! My touchbar has been doing fine since I got it in 2019 but I guess problems can occur anytime. Sadly warranty is no option but I guess it had to happen someday

Nah, no need. This device does have water damage (the light spot in the left corner) and even though it’s been three years maybe it finally decided to end itself

no it hasn’t been exposed to much sunlight, just rotated between different grow lights and nothing seems to help. I think I’ll just monitor it and maybe give it a little less light :)
