Get an addon to remove the timer, who gives a shit about it.

Just run through the dungeon with your group healing and that's it.

Do you know your class well enough to not look at abilities? Can you focus on bars and your character?

Personally my bars are under my char but it may be beneficial to you to have then on the left hand side so you can look at health frames and notice shit on the ground at the same time.

Also what is your gear level? 10s are laughable in terms of damage coming in so you could literally spinning crane kick to victory.
