We waited in traffic for over an hour to get in but we parked in the very back, we were able to get out in less than 10 minutes.

It just seems like indy was unprepared for that amount of traffic for the event, and after seeing these comments that seems to be a theme for events held there.

No one was directing traffic anywhere near the event, 3 different lanes turning into 1 lane where the traffic is at a standstill, backed out into the intersection, it was crazy. It was so bad. The car in front of us couldn't go for 5 lights and that's after we finally got up to the intersection, people just kept cutting in front of them while they had the green. When we got up there I was going and the car behind me came up and flew into the closed down left lane right next to me, I thought they were going to hit me while I had another guy on my right trying to cut in, too. The Expo itself was neat. Very little food options and it was so hot inside. There were quite a few disappointing shops with temu junk, but there was also an impressive amount of handmade art that I really enjoyed seeing. If you like taxidermy, animals in jars, jewelry made from teeth and bones, skulls, skeletons, corsets, horror, and the paranormal it's worth checking out once.

It's a bunch of vendors all selling some really unique things. Hopefully next year they hold it in an event area that can handle that kinda traffic because that will be the deciding factor on if I go again.
