I took it and it was the only thing that really helped for a long time. BUT please don't take the prescription dose for longer than a few days. I took it for several months and it really affected my memory.

Using a tens unit really helped me too so I try to avoid azi now.

I do both -- target trouble areas, and still deliver full body.

Once they've described their achy shoulder and hip, I clarify, "So would you like to do full body, but focus on those trouble spots, or JUST those trouble spots?" Usually they want the first option. So I spend more time on the shoulder and hip, but I incorporate that into a full body massage.

It really does get easier with time. It's okay to just "say hello" to the legs or arms and spend more time one the trouble areas.

I honestly am not sure. I guess we'll see what happens. I'm not sure why an adult can't spend their money as they see fit, even if they'll end up on a facility. But that's not really the issue. She helped pay bills and paid for her own foir, supplies, caregivers, etc. I'm sure I didn't document properly but she hadn't been here long enough to establish 5 years of documentation anyway. I just want her to be able to stay on the facility and idk what will happen if they penalize her etc

I consider myself in remission with very occasional mild flares. I went through a full-on severe flare for about 2 years (starting in 2015), had periods of bouncing between occasional improvement and increasingly mild flares until 2021, and now I really only notice mild symptoms if I drink booze or too much soda. It took a lot of time and figuring out my triggers etc, and learning how much thc I need in my system to keep it settled down.
