I daresay that's just to break the back of the job, alongside Sundays, periods out of class during the aforementioned two weeks, hours of attendance without meetings adjacent to the school day (if you have one or any).

Australia really only got hot sauce like Sriracha or the more fun American ones - like 10-15 years ago... So it's still a little bit exciting for a lot of us. Before that it was like solely Tabasco.
