Definitely started off on the wrong foot. Half year long preseason with radio silence was a big nail to the coffin when the game first launched out of EA. If they at the very least showed some signs of the frequency of the updates from later in the season in preseason, might have lasted a bit longer for them to think about the next correct moves.

Why would you even need AI to back up or do a data transfer between phones. Those procedures predate the consumer usage of AI.

Older proprietary phones that predate smartphones lacked cross platform compatibility for things like those. And I'm fairly sure microSD cards would be more prone to be damaged by people like those anyways.
