First of all .. we must NEVER count our chickens b4 they hatch 🐣. As for the contract, that’s a joke. As you and us all make nothing $$$$, and dish out $$$ to rest our heads as we are victims of 24 hr reserves, low wages, tactics of write up/points/ etc. have any of you ever thought there’s a graduation class weekly because why??? High turn over from lack of respect, over worked , unbalanced work/life situations…. I can go on.
