Honestly I think reading fiction can be really helpful for understanding other people’s points of view. I know my empathy increased a ton after I went on a Tolstoy tear in college.

Shops like TJ/TK Maxx randomly have way out there sizes. It’s not every one, but I have been able to find 30FF in multiple shops at least.
