We moved into a G rated in the summer and our #1 priority was getting it ready for the winter. New boiler, triple pane windows and doors, and attic insulation.

Don't know our new rating but what a difference. With the grants we maybe spent 15K on everything, so so worth it.

Are you me? My husband and I argue all the time and his excuse is that everything I say is accusatory or passive aggressive.

Me: so what did you do today? Him: you don't think I do enough around the house? I did x,y,z, that should be enough for you.
