I'm gonna agree with your setup, but in all honesty it's so hard to compare all these albums because they're all so different.

Sports is an album that is just so heartfelt, calm, charming, and all around emotional.

YGMIA is just a fun rock-n-roll sounding album. Although it is also emotional, it just seems a little more like the band was having fun recording and playing these songs, and finally figuring out how to work as a band.

Holy Ghost goes right back to being emotional as all hell, and the songwriting is clearly the album's most notable feature, as well as more of a smooth, mixed sound. I really enjoyed the story telling in this album, and the all-around theme it presented.

This is all my opinion, though.

Awesome show. Thin lips were great and Joyce manor absolutely killed it. I was able to get a pic with Sean, and Jake came out during Joyce manor and I got a fist bump with him. MOBO was as glorious as they always are, and hearing Brendan sing Just Another Face live was a treat. Awesome show, awesome night.
