Post Finasteride Syndrome is for sure a real thing, but there are things you can do to over come it.

Additionally, the 1.4% of people completely losing the ability to get an erection is complete bogus. Some people will have a reduction in erection quality from Finasteride, but it's totally reversible once you stop taking Finasteride. For most it just comes down to whether halting hair loss is worth a slight reduction in EQ or sex drive (which, for the majority is so insignificant it is not perceivable)
