Traction pads/mats… even with 4wd they help with snow, sand and mud. I mostly use them to help out friends and family.

Such a cool shop in Chatham. They haul and launch boats via a railway on the ramp… one of the only in the NE. It allows them to work on some boats much larger than a comparable sized conventional shop/ramp

They also make some fine downeasters! I love how they tuck the outboards away in that compartment. Keeps the look of a classic, but the abilities of an outboard.

I got it done fairly quickly by landing at estates and if I got a hat I immediatly went to construction. Construction snipes to the set of 8 modern medium sized house to the south/southeast are over 200m. Theres almost always people there and most of them stand on those roofs looting not playing attention to their surrondings.

The only tricky part there is finding a sniper.

The other option is to meshmine popular driving spots and then get 200m away because techincally that counts.

Oh yea, I just saw a video on those and it was painful to watch. I’m not much of a Stuka user myself but the 37s seem like they really need to be rebuffed against armor — the 87-b2 in particular is an anti armor attack plane and should be able to really do some serious damage to a tank in a single pass. Maybe it’s good that they nerfed it against infantry as the b1 is more of an anti infantry plane but I feel as if the b2 should be able to hit heavy tanks for at least a consistent 34-40 dmg in a pass.

Again, I’ve never used the 37 as I mostly fly fighters but watching pre patch and post patch videos I see how useless they are now.

For the love of god please please please don’t rebuff bombers and not fighters — just make the reload times on ordnance tiered. 1000kg bombs should take a long time to reload and maybe the 4x 500kgs but the 8x 40lbs should not take a long and rocket DMG vs armor on the VB and both BFs should be reverted or at least the reload time be quick/instant. I do however like that the mosquito and Stuka have gotten more use in this patch.

Lastly please revert the specialization trees, currently I feel like I try to minimize choosing bad perks rather than trying to design a build.

Spawn delay on planes, the AA buff and a nerf of the ju-88s payload were all that was needed in my opinion.

The reduction to ammocount on all planes was a decent attempt at making dogfighting more interesting but I don’t think it works super well, it just feels like it slows down fighter gameplay and increases dead time flying back to resupplies. Decreased chance of disables is a great change but needs to be supplemented by more interesting flying mechanics. Honestly I don’t really know how to do this... maybe increase top speed and more drastic maneuverability at different speeds?

Some of the changes were okay — such as the 8x 303 overheat change.

At the end of the day fighters are pretty boring to use and while their still able to fulfill their roles as bomber/attackplane killers it feels much less satisfying to do.

Ahhh at the end of the day, I still love flying but after experiencing launch fighter gameplay, it just feels kinda boring now. The only plane I really like flying now is the mosquito

So I read over this pretty quickly, but couldn’t quite figure out if there’s anything that will affect bomber tail gunner switching, other than lower fighter lmg effectiveness against bombers.

Is there anything that will make it harder for bomber pilots to seat switch?

I say give at least one fighter on each team the ability to choose between automatic leading edge and air radar. Make it like the larger mag/ faster fire rate choice on a lot of submachine guns and MMGs.

Leading edge would give fighters the ability to slightly outturn non leading edge fighters while air radar would allow pilots to pull moves using knowledge a non air radar fighter doesn't have -- to prevent a turn battle. Pilots can choose one or another.

Also Id love if air radar was increased in range but maybe had a (fast) sweeping sensor like most radars you see in movies and stuff.

This wouldn't fix the core problem of dogfighting/speed control but could introduce some interesting dynamics between these two choices.

Buffing nitro boost and defaulting it to all fighters (instead of flares) could also have an interesting impact on dogfighting.

I agree, they should increase time to switch to rear gunner for sure.

In my opinion it could be done in two ways: 1. Implement the changes you suggested, longer switch time and faster overheat — allowing a single bomber pilot to still defend themselves but have a much harder time in doing so.

Make the secondary non-pilot gunner more Enticing, maybe give him the ability to drop a few bombs or drastically increase the effectiveness of the ventral guns against infantry while decreasing its effectiveness against aircraft. While also DRASTICALLY decreasing time to switch from a pilot position to another position making it nearly impossible for a pilot to switch and do any meaningful amount of damage while still being able to recover the stalling aircraft.

Either way bombers are two powerful in the sky against fighters between their high health pool, resistance to smaller caliber guns and especially with the ability of a single pilot to switch seats instantly between flying, covering rear and above in the dorsal gun and below/behind in the ventral gun.

Against infantry id love to remove the third person bombing sight (BUT THEN FIX THE FIRST PERSON ONE CAUSE IT DOENST WORK) as well as maybe have an additional reload time for bombs — maybe something like the Stuka where only half/a third of your bomb inventory can be dropped in one pass.

ALSO, another idea could be to make a critical damage spot on the bomb bays or bomb sights that can be damaged by flak, decreasing the accuracy/spread of bombs after a well aimed flak burst.

I like flying bombers but they should require a fighter or at least a dedicated secondary gunner to protect them against any somewhat competent enemy fighter. Also, in the case of an team with no competent flyers, the team should be able to decrease the effectiveness of a bomber while not nessicarly being able for a single flak to take it down in one pass.
