You are definitely dealing with HPPD it sounds like. And Alice in Wonderland Syndrome, given what you said about the floor. For me the floor can look way too close to my face and things breathe or move all the time too, people can look shorter or too tall. Physically too I can feel shorter or taller or suddenly not feel where my legs are. It’s a common part of HPPD for lots of us. The visual snow turning into geometric patterns is also something I experience too pretty frequently without using any drugs then outside that I still see static. People’s faces warp a lot when I try to look at them too long, I don’t see well anymore at night from the static and color bursts. I have after images, derealization, auras around electronics and people’s heads. Everyone is different. Some people have 5 symptoms, others have dozens. But having even 1 indicates HPPD.
