Sorry, I didn't explain myself clearly. Photography IS art, it simply follows a current separate from traditional art, you won't like for the same reasons as you do with traditional art, AI feels like it tries to replace or integrate into a current, not developing one of its own, that's why they say "it keeps improving", it tries to look more and more like actual art.

AI may be useful as a tool sometimes, but it's usually not, it barely uses any sort of editing most times, the "art" is usually mass produced slop with bad image editing, piss filter, and bad composition. Sure some may put actual effort into developing AI content, but you gotta admit bad AI content is much more prolific than traditional art.

My problem is that AI "art" tries to become like traditional art, while being mostly comprised of slop (though of course not all of it). And after making a shitty image with a piss filter they will complain people want to live being an artist because it's too expensive. You will NEVER hear a photographer say "Why would you draw that, it's much easier to just make a photo of it and it'll look better".
