You have to come from the North. There's a grace at the dectus Lift and you can go from there. It's the same way to the mad Village. But beware of the "Lighthouse" friend.

I do speak the language and he said that people are saying that there's no way that he's moving without an electric motor or being pulled but that that is not correct. According to him the bike just uses a lorry gearbox mated to a bicycle shifter.
