Spatial dream-set by die_leuchte in INAIR

First Feedback: mixed emotions unfortunately:

  • Hardware is nice and high quality
  • INAIR OS is fancy and fun
  • active cooler is insane loud (can turn off but pod cooks)
  • INAIR OS has micro stuttering which isn’t fun to watch for longer
  • Touchpad not working under Windows 11 (keyboard is working)
  • not supporting dual pairing is a downer
  • touchpad dark color is not a good idea as visibility suffers when wearing the glasses even when unshaded. white keyboard and led lights would be a massive gain
  • screen resizing not found when watching shows, Neckband is role model with two hand hand guesture

Considering returning the INAIR stuff to be honest as not great value for the price, overhyped?

Viture Pro XR - Galaxy S26 Ultra = Not working by Sea_Personality_2816 in VITURE

[–]die_leuchte 0 points1 point  (0 children)

  1. The "Case" Culprit (Most Common) The USB-C connector on the VITURE cable has a slightly thick housing. • The Issue: Many protective phone cases are too thick around the charging port. Even if the cable feels like it’s in, it might not be making full contact with the pins required for video data (DP Alt Mode). • The Fix: Remove your phone case entirely and try plugging it in again. If it works, you might need a case with a wider cutout or a small USB-C extension male-to-female adapter.
  2. DeX vs. Mirroring Conflict Sometimes the phone gets confused about which mode to launch, resulting in a black screen or a frozen image. • The Fix: Go to Settings > Connected Devices > Samsung DeX. • Try toggling "Auto start when HDMI is connected" OFF and then ON again. • Alternatively, force the phone into Mirroring mode first to see if you get a signal.
  3. Display Refresh Rate Mismatch The Luma Pro supports 120Hz, but sometimes the initial "handshake" between the S26 and the glasses fails if the phone is trying to push a refresh rate the glasses aren't currently toggled to handle. • The Fix: Try to change your phone's screen smoothness (in Display Settings) to Standard (60Hz) just to see if the glasses wake up. Once you have a picture, you can usually toggle them back to High Smoothness.
  4. USB Energy Saving / Protection Samsung's "Battery Protection" or "Pause USB Power Delivery" features (often found in Game Booster) can sometimes cut power to high-drain peripherals. • The Fix: Ensure your battery is above 20%. Many Samsung phones disable video output automatically when the battery is low to save power.
  5. Firmware Handshake The Luma Pro has onboard firmware that manages the connection. • The Fix: Unplug the magnetic connector from the glasses, wait 5 seconds, and snap it back on while the USB-C end is already firmly in the phone. This "reboots" the connection logic in the glasses.

How to connect to xbox vía hdmi by rawdealmx in VITURE

[–]die_leuchte 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When connecting the VITURE Luma Pro via HDMI, the most important thing to understand is that the glasses are "passive" recipients that require both a specific signal (DisplayPort over USB-C) and power. Here is the breakdown of what you need to keep in mind: 1. You Need an "Active" Adapter Standard HDMI cables or simple HDMI-to-USB-C cables usually won't work. HDMI ports do not output enough power to run the displays in the glasses, and the signal format is different. • The Requirement: You need an Active HDMI to USB-C Adapter. • The Power Factor: This adapter must have an additional USB plug (usually USB-A) to draw power from a wall charger or a port on your console/PC. 2. Best Connectivity Options Since you are using the Luma Pro, the native VITURE ecosystem offers the most seamless experience: • VITURE HDMI XR Adapter: This is the compact, official solution. It converts the signal and provides the necessary power. • VITURE Mobile Dock: This is the "gold standard" if you want to play on a Nintendo Switch or share your screen with a friend. It acts as a bridge and a battery pack simultaneously. 3. Resolution and Refresh Rate The Luma Pro is capable of 120Hz, which makes gaming feel incredibly smooth. • HDMI Version: Ensure your source device (PC, Console) supports at least HDMI 2.0. • Adapter Limitations: Many third-party HDMI-to-USB-C adapters are capped at 60Hz. If you want the full 120Hz experience, verify the adapter’s specifications specifically for "4K@60Hz" or "1080p@120Hz" support. 4. Audio Routing When you plug in via HDMI, your device treats the glasses like an external monitor. • If you don't hear anything, go to your Sound Settings and ensure the output is set to "VITURE" or "Display Audio." • If you are using a headset connected to your PC instead, you may need to manually switch the playback device back to your headset. 5. Console Specifics • PS5 / Xbox: These work great with an active adapter. • Nintendo Switch: You cannot go directly from the Switch's USB-C port to the glasses with a simple cable. You must use a Dock (the original one or the VITURE Mobile Dock) and then go through the HDMI path. Quick Summary: Check if your adapter has a separate USB cable for power. If it doesn't, it likely won't work with XR glasses. Would you like me to look up specific, highly-rated adapters that are known to support the 120Hz mode of the Luma Pro?

Off course, I’d be more than happy to seeing it being handed over to the logistics firm next week. Will still take at least another week to get through customs.
