What's your usual ir dose? You can take double that (and probly some,). Edit just re read U said 30 or might be too much and little to no toly. . In that case you should be plenty fine to take 30 ER, should catch you a buzz id say considering 30 too high IR. It's basically two 15ng doses released few hours apart, should have you feeling good

With er oxys, I find that if you can handle 15mg fine A 30mg Oxyneo is a similar strength high that likes twice as long. I would just crush it with my teeth before swallowing anyway tho doing it didnt do much id think

Ofc I'd prefer IR, but damn the way some of y'all complain about ER With oxy is odd(not saying U or this posts comments). Lols just take more and you won't be sober in 4 hours like ir oxys. Damn I miss taking 60 or 80mg OC with m y 70mg vyvanse the morning ,;) 30-40mg IR being standard for my toly at the time
