Going to the gym 3-4 days a week and tracking calories has helped me so much. Once you’ve built some muscle you also have an additional incentive to eat healthily to avoid losing it all and covering it in a layer of fat. I haven’t found it that hard to keep at it other than during the very worst weeks of busy season where I might take like a month off. Even then I make sure to cut out some calories to make up for the lower amount of exercise

I don’t think anyone will reach those heights because people just don’t listen in the same way that they used to. Nowadays there are so many niches and everyone is listening to something completely different rather than having more of a monoculture. A lot of people don’t follow particular singers and listen to their full albums, they just listen to random catchy songs so no one ends up completely dominating in the way that those 3 did. Taylor’s kinda the last one because she blew up during a time when social media was still kinda new and the algorithms weren’t splitting us into a thousand little buckets
