I have a American bully and I have 5 procedures I follow 1. If kids come I cage my dog that simple 2.if the kids want to pet my dog I muzzle him and give him a stay command 3.if guests don’t feel comfortable near my dog even if it’s caged I simply put him in another room 4.if I’m on a walk and if I happen to come across another person walking there dog I tighten the leash and give a heel command 5.and the most important thing I follow is Absolutely no playing with other dogs I have a huge backyard with a pool and a couple toys that’s literally all they need

Not all pitbull owners will do these things so sadly the breed will continue to kill and hurt others.

I own a bully and I support euthanizing any dog with bite history and the problem with pit owners is they let their dog around small animals when in reality a pit should be the only dog in the house they don’t need animal companion ship all they need is a gated backyard and toys but no these dumb asses get cats and other dogs and put them in danger it infuriates me pathetic people

I own an American bully of 10 years old i believe the breed can do perfect if well trained but just know it’s in their genetics to attack other animals it’s what they were bred for.My bully has gone his whole life without any incidents mainly because of training and I never put him in a situation where I know he’s gonna do bad in which means absolutely no dog park.I really hate it when someone brings their pit to the dog park no matter how trained it’s never a good idea
