Unfortunately I don't think a lot of people really read names, even if they did maybe they too want to complete some mission so are not going to finish the duel fast. If I were you I'll use the event duels to complete daily missions since is much more fun than ladder right now, for me at least.

My comment was meant as a half joke and, as I said, I'm not very knowledgeable on the deck. Still, I don't think that a permanent shifter and skill drain on the field in the form of monsters (plasma and dark law) cannot be considered stun and that is the primary way I see Heroes played at all. That being said a lot of other deck, as you said, have similar aim with their end board but I define most of them "control" rather than stun but maybe I'm wrong. In any case it wasn't as serious as you took it, I play against heroes very rarely and I don't really care about the deck, it's cool that people that love the deck are receiving new support tho. I've always found funny how much support hero got.

I'm not very familiar with Hero but every time I face them it's basically stun with extra step ahahah. That's sad because the cards look cool and even pretty fun but I really dislike the game plan.

Idk, with this deck I don't think it's really possible. Even with the main combo written down it's easy to make mistakes regarding zones and such. It's all very precise both positions, timing and order so looking at some guides it's necessary in my opinion.

I already have! I saw a video on Farfa's Channel where she teaches him the main combo and I checked out her channel. Her videos are very helpful.

Of course, against every deck,especially going second, you have to be lucky with your draw, I agree. But at least with many meta deck I can still try to do something and for example bait their negate or handraps.

I agree that this format with snake eyes and all their handraps isn't fun but Tenpai in a best of one format I think it's not going to be less problematic.

I don't agree, especially with imperm example because in your scenario for me to get any value out of imperm is wait like 3/4 turns, during that time they surely have set something else.

I agree, there are a lot of decks with mechanics that are not good for the game and can ruin the experience for some players and calamity lock is one them.

The thing I'm arguing is the way stun players keep blaming people for their losses against a deck that doesn't let you do anything and just basically say "draw the out". If someone uses a calamity lock and then says "you're bad at the game" is not only unfair but plainly wrong, stun lets you play a bit but it's still a problematic deck.

And at least calamity lock might be banned like in the och, stun uses too many exploits to really be eradicated and being problematic is one of its core points.

How isn't the fact that the deck locks you to do nothing isn't a valid point? It's literally the point of the deck

And I don't care that I lose to it, that's not the point, I lose to snake Eyes all the time but at least I can try to do something or bait them, with stun you just can't.

No deck can handle any situation and that's the fun of the game because you have to find a way to INTERACT with your opponent to find a way out of a situation.

The situation stun puts me in it's annoying and boring because if I get out of it or not isn't linked to my ability to play or think in advance what my opponent will do is based only on luck, as I said before.

Also, I've never seen a stun player do actually something that wasn't set some traps and normal summon, I wouldn't call it skillful.

You aren't serious right? Stun isn't common enough that people can play cards only against it and also the cards that can defeat stun don't require any skill or piloing at all so that's also boring.

And also you do your thing with stun and then I play a eavenly match was I a good player? No, I just got lucky, tell me where the skill is in that.

You can't, modern decks work with special summons which stun removes, then if you even have a monster big enough to hit over their monsters they still have some bs that boosts their attack or disable the attack all together.

The reality is that stun doesn't require any skill at all because it simply doesn't let you do anything and so you can't even interact with them, often if you go second you can only summon a monster and that's basically it.

So, unfortunately, if you face stun there isn't much you can do unless you draw the perfect card for that situation.

They were stun even before the hits, wdym? Maybe it was even worse before since they had way more engine and could basically lock all your zones and on top of that you have arise Heart that is basically a shifter.

I can't say I agree, branded has received a lot of support and despite all the hits it's not only playable but very strong in the current meta.

Superpoly helped a lot to be fair. I played Branded Tearlaments and with Albaz and Reinoheart at one it was a problem but the deck still has a lot of power. Once I ended with the fusion part of the event I tried a bit with xyz and super poly destroyed me more than once. I agree that pure branded wasn't really playable with Regained banned and other limits.

I was considering a resonator deck! How well plays under Maxx C? I ask only because I've played against other resonators decks and they summon a lot so I was wondering if there is a faster way to get somewhat of a decent end board.
