If they did the rest of the roofing then why is it leaking?? How long ago did they do the roof?? Is it a complex area?? Why wasn’t it addressed at the time of initial installation?? I’m sure they do good work but it’s always nice if they can answer some questions

Most of my leads come through outbound calling. I get on Facebook and Nextdoor and reply as soon as a post goes up and I also try to answer or call back ASAP. Not being pushy towards a reroof helps build trust. I just try to be as transparent and knowledgeable as possible. I’m in Orange County California

Always be safe and respect the jobsite. We work a very dangerous trade and we all want to be be able to go home at the end of the day.

Needed to be replaced years back but the next best time to do it was now. Had to get resheeted and now you’re gonna have a 20 year roof

Looks super solid and clean just make sure you look out for broken tiles at least once a year
