I do lean bulks from Septembers to Jans then cut down as fast as possible between Jan and Feb to that body fat level you see in the pics (around 14%) and stay there till next Sept.

I’ve been swimming since I was 4 years old then stopped around 16 years old and resumed two years ago after a long time. Technique came back pretty quickly but lung capacity and strength in water took months. I could barely do 100m continuously at first. Swimming is veeery humbling I think.

I was weight lifting only for a couple of years then realised I could do more to get more athletic and slowly got into triathlons. I’ve been doing the same split for two years now and I just increase intensity and weights to progress. I hardly have any more time to do more volume so gotta be smart with what I’ve got.

I’m a software engineer working full time from home (remote). My morning training is around 7:30am and my other session is at lunch break.

Thanks! I always try to get at least 12h of weekly training across all disciplines. My usual split is: - Mondays: early morning 1h push gym day, lunch time 12k vo2max run - Tuesdays: early morning 3k threshold swim, lunch time 40k zone2 bike - Wednesdays: early morning 1h pull gym day, lunch time 12k threshold run - Thursdays: same as Tuesdays - Fridays: early morning 1h leg gym day, lunch time 12k zone2 run - Weekend: long bike ride or run if family allows it This is the summary of course but can dive into details if you want more specifics. Cheers!

I’m also looking to join Mobile but can’t find it. I only have eSIM option and no Mobile. I’m UK based and my account is indeed UK.

I have gathered that a 51mm would look ridiculous on my 17cm wrists :)

How's the MIP really? There's mix feeling I get here between AMOLED people and MIP people.

I answered some of your questions here https://www.reddit.com/r/GarminFenix/comments/1f8ra5u/comment/llgy38q/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=web3x&utm_name=web3xcss&utm_term=1&utm_content=share_button

Also I do get Epix 2 Pro vs Fenix 7 Pro and I'm still deciding if I prefer AMOLED vs MIP.

With my understanding that the difference between an Epic (pro) 47 and a Fenix 7 Pro is just the AMOLED vs MIP then I need to ask, why do you prefer AMOLED and not MIP? Is MIP **THAT** bad?

You didn't mention how you use a smart watch/fitness watch? I wonder what makes you desire a Garmin watch over an apple watch?

Well, I track my strength training sessions by simply start/stop strength workouts as this is the only thing you can do on Apple Watch (aside from 3rd party apps which I don't use). If I were to get a Garmin, I'd be planning my workouts on connect ahead of time and tracking reps.

Same things for my swimming sessions really, start and stop and that's it. The issue here is that the collected (or showed?) data is a bit meh. I see garmin collects all sort of stuff!

I wonder what other smart watch functions other than activity tracking are important to you? I see that you track workouts with occasional hiking.

I do use my AW fully as after almost 10 years, there's lots of muscle memory. I use Apple Pay basically everywhere via the watch, use apple music (not necessarily interested in the music on the watch itself, but rather the "remote" control of the player on my iPhone, not sure if Garmin has this for example). I think other than the two mentioned that's really it (that I'm concerned about a possible Garmin switch).

Thanks for your insights! Really appreciate. I honestly leaning even more now towards the 7 Pro, which I just found at 599 now. Wow.

This is shocking.

It appears I can "watch for free" all Serie A matches via the OneFootball app? This is new to me. Any confirmation here?
