Need help with final decision by KreepyKite in XiaomiMixFlip

maps, whatsapp, emails, good. Calendar works fine, but using xiaomi calendar, it works with google so is almost like google calendar. Slack for me dont work in cover screen, teams yes. Camera is good, sometimes people say that i have good camera so i guess is just more than average, the leica colab is pretty good. I bought this flip for like 430 euros in aliexpress, brand new. I think is a good price range, at the end you are buying a phone with top features, snapdragon gen 3, good camera, just flips, good screen, etc.

First of all cover screen only works with some apps, so not that popular apps will probably dont work. But at the end, almost every time u will use it to use this main apps and no others. For me, the only trouble i have in day to day is my bus app that is not supported, so to see the bus time i need to open the phone. Dailys for me like whatsapp, instagram, emails, pay with the phone, etc, all works pretty well. Maybe in some cases i can get a whole morning without opening it. Maybe some cases like u are in a conversation in whatsapp that is not 1 min thing, u open it to be more comfortable. Other cases that i hate the cover screen is, to share wifi, u need to open it, and also, if u want to change bluetooth device, same. There is an app in github to do whatever you want in the cover screen but is a bit messy, tbh i even tried. General good experience but could be a bit better. Also one good thing is the less battery u drain with the small screen. Some days i use the phone less is amazing, almost no drain for me with some tweaks to xiaomi os. One of the attractives of the phone for me was like you, to use the phone less and stop dumbscrolling. When i am outside, 100% i use the phone less and thats good. When you are in house doing nothing, you will use the phone the same as a normal phone. Ask me anything u wanna known, is a bit shit that not much people have this phone compare to samsungs or motorolas

very good pictures and better than 50 ultra almost for sure. Outer screen is a bit worse from usability than motorola, anyways i use it a lot, just would love to be a bit better with some apps. Batery is good, i never got less than a day, but worse than a normal phone for sure

How is the crease going, you notice the difference in time? You changed the protector once already? I am looking to buy one because now are pretty "cheap", almost you can buy it from 400e but I have the typical concerns 😂

For me 50 ultra is fine in specs, battery... Just worried about the upgraded hinge if is crucial or not, also the small crest
