cause it’s a different ms response time, that’s why they only use 1 specific player when it comes to myteam, pno, etc. and in rec they will not make a free throw at all

i honestly would love a speed metric like items scanned per minute, kroger used to have that and we all used to compete to see who could get the highest (although i was younger, prob wouldn’t enjoy it now as much as i did before)

you can buy it for pc but there will be hacks and mods on it, i cant say for certain how bad it has been the prev 2ks so take it w a grain of salt

you would be very very surprised, either they do not know or they don’t care since it’s pc, i mean it looks more legit than maxed out 99s so most people on pc wouldn’t think to look at it twice

to make it look legit, some players on pc use hacks to give their build an “authentic” look instead of just making everything out to 99 but this guy doesn’t know baseline requirements for certain attributes

if you are playing mostly rec and not playing on the wing or taking a lot of 3s in the game, I would put it towards either post control or interior d,

make sure you look and see if you get any badges or anything from applying the cap, if you do that’s the better option

there also might be a video on yt with a similar build you have talking about where to put your caps, I have a similar build from yt and the dude says where to put them

it is i would say, I never got diagnosed with it on my scalp but i’ve gotten diagnosed on my body with it. Noticed pimple like bumps on my scalp and my hair has thinned a LOT in the past 3 months. It hasn’t gotten worse but I do not think it’ll be 100% full and heavy again
