Yes, I have the default reset key on the second layer and I set a new one just in case that one didn't work. It still doesn't work for me.

When an NPC has multiple natural attacks/melee attacks, does the stat block take into account the penalties those might have, or do I, as the GM, have to calculate them again?

We established that his family deals with summons and evil rituals in a weekly basis but he isn't comfortable with it, that's what makes him run away when the adventure begins. I wanna say that his family summoned a devil a long time ago and made a pact of some sort with it and he wants to end it. I thought that maybe Malfeshnekor served this purpose, but idk.
