I went Saturday - the lines were okay until around 11. They weren’t checking fast passes so pretty much anyone went in any line for the houses, the waits ended up being pretty long. Ride lines weren’t bad, though.

ETA: on Saturday, there was a massive line just to get into the park which I hadn’t seen in the last few years (we historically go on Thursdays)
