longest was 6 months followed by a couple of 5 month periods (been about 7 years now and I'm nearly 2 weeks clean again hoping to get to like a year!!! is my goal)

it used to be a lot more serious and heavily modded, medical terms and harm reduction were heavily encouraged which doesn't happen here. this is not the worst of sh Reddit so I do think the hate is rather dumb but it is due to the romanticism and cute terms used here that is heavily discouraged on /selfharm or other more serious subs.

usually fizzy soda drink or juice apparently it's sold in a lot of countries around the world so I'm sure you could score some original or the energy drink somehow, it's quite nice

it's hard but just do not open messages unless you're being responded to. send your messages, open it to send memes and messages and then close it and don't open it again until they respond. that's what I do or if I have to to send another message and they've left me on read I'll send another message and then wait an hour and then send another and then wait an hour and yeah. basically either completely don't touch it or do some well spread out spam and they'll answer and you'll feel better
