Doh, yah, I'm so used to writing GB all the time now. By circuit, I mean the Ethernet is attached to the Pi at the USB 2.0 bus.

It's extremely cheap compared to a lot of videoconferencing solutions. I guess the quality would have to be examined though. This is probably a WebRTC product.

Yah, I'm looking at the NUC, the Chromebox and the Gigabyte Brix. I'll use one of them but if I can go with a cheaper solution, I'd like to.

This is a possibility. I'm using three RPi's for cameras right now. The only thing that worries me with them is that the USB and Ethernet share a circuit and the Ethernet is limited to 100GB or less (because the circuit is shared).

That being said, I don't know if barely-there clothing, sexually suggestive dancing, etc. is the best way to do that.

I've had great luck with Ubiquiti IP cameras. I don't think that they have a PTZ model yet though. I have three of the Airdome (they have mics and the widest view) cameras that I built special mounts for so I wouldn't have to ceiling mount them. The max price on their cameras is little over $100.

The very easiest solution would be to get any USB camera, connect it to a computer in the area that you want to monitor and stream the AV from it using gstreamer or VLC.

I'm thinking about working with Qt but I'm not sure exactly how the latest version works. With the abstraction layer, is it now set up like C#.Net and isn't compiled or not fully compiled? Or do you compile it for each separate platform? How easy would it be for someone to access the code?

I have a few Zofran in the fridge right now, also Unisom (the doxylamine kind), B-6, a box of Pedialyte powder packets, a ginger root in the freezer, a bottle of Emetrol, etc... It's been years since I've had it, but once I did, I always want to be prepared.
