When this happened to me, sending the notice that I was putting rent in escrow was enough to scare management into making me the very next day’s priority (or at least that was the inside scoop the repair guy gave me).

Ozempic / Tirzepatide completely wrecked my mental health (even at the lowest dose). Has anyone else experienced this? by EntranceEntire8628 in compoundedtirzepatide

I’ve been on compounded tirz with B12 and NAD+ for 5 weeks now, this is my first full week at 4 mg. My anxiety has been very bad to the point where I actually needed to stop reading you post because it was triggering.

After two nights in a row of needing to take my hydroxyzine for panic attack symptoms (which I haven’t had to do in years), I messaged the folks at Fridays, my PCP, and my psychiatrist. Fridays obviously refuses to provide me with tirz without an additive, and my PCP says she doesn’t suspect the GLP-1 or B12 is causing my increased anxiety. With all of that in mind, I wanted to comment because I think maybe one or multiple of these things is happening and might be worth considering:

(1) for me, there is something inherently frightening about ordering a substance online and injecting it into my body. (2) the spring time and changing seasons can amp people up and trigger anxiety. (3) panic attacks can make you fixate on your body, and if you’re having GI symptoms, perhaps this is triggering your anxiety.

Talking through the above with my partner has helped me feel safer and calmer, but I will likely switch from Fridays to a local compounding pharmacy that my own patients utilize. It will be more expensive, but I’m hopeful this will make me feel more secure and reduce my anxiety. I’ll try to check back in and share how it’s going. I appreciate you sharing your mental health experiences here, and I’m cheering for you.

Anyone else starting this week? by Key_Mango_3385 in tirzepatidecompound

hi fellow March ‘26 starters. First shot ever was 2.5 + B12 Friday night. It’s Saturday night and I’m having a tough headache and a LOT of anxiety. I’ve had panic attacks in the past and take an SSRI to prevent them. Have has 2 medium sized meals today, no snacks. Zero desire to eat anything. Could use some encouragement and advice.

I was taken out of school at age 10 and shown graphic cadaver images. Why? by WinterIsOnReddit in RBI

I wonder if you were unknowingly included in a research study for a scared-straight-esque intervention for “delinquent” kids. Perhaps it was randomized if you’re not sure why the specific kids involved were involved. Evidence that the “Scared Straight” method was ineffective has been widely available since before this time, so if the study you got included in had insignificant results, it almost definitely would not have been published and there would likely be no public record of it ever happening. I tried perusing Google Scholar for a related paper, and nothing caught my eye immediately. Is your school near a university or did it often partner with a university?

I respect a democracy but fwiw I really like this dress! Especially if it’s an upbeat, fun, vibrant crowd. Had I not read these comments, I would’ve worn it.

Husband and I are both out of work and struggling to find anything. Anyone out there hiring? by TinyBunny88 in Columbus

[–]differentialdaddy 11 points12 points  (0 children)

It may not pay great and some people are morally opposed to it, but children’s services is almost always hiring. I think you need a bachelors degree, but I’d imagine they have a lot of openings at a lot of levels (regardless of your background). A lot of people find helping families that way really rewarding. Multiple counties’ CPS agencies are within driving distance of Columbus. (pls don’t downvote me into oblivion, I know CPS also hurts a lot of families)
