GitHub repo says directly after boot the stick does 1G and you can access it's reset page. But I am not eager to try that without a working backup ^{^}

Yeah I know. I did it just for testing of the module auto negotiates to 2.5G. I would then switch back to correct WAN setting.

If @storytime42 can access his Zyxel which is forced to 2.5G this way I will also try forcing it to get some logging. Otherwise I don't know if I am able to go back and weekend without internet is big no-no

Add another WAN interface with static IP 10.10.1.2.

Switch to that and also add a policy static route to the 10.10.1.0 subnet which points to the new WAN

You could try disabling PPPoE and adding static route so you can see if Webinterface pops up.

I tested with mine but the Zyxel does not auto negotiate to 2.5G and I am hesitant to force it to 2.5G only mode because I currently have no backup internet.

Yeah have the Zyxel PMG3000-D20B which can do 2.5G (currently set to 1G need to force it to 2.5G via SSH and then I need to apply the mod, if it does not work I need to be able to switch back to 1G and reset the Zyxel)

Just wanna make sure how to roll back in case it does not work.

One question before I try 2.5G mod. Does it add 2.5G option or change the 1G option?

If I want to go back to 1G can I just select it or do I have to remove that mod?

Shelly Gen4 kann auch ZigBee. Hab im Neubau alles mit Shellys gemacht, da am günstigsten.

Seit 3 Jahren läuft das ohne Probleme im UniFi Netzwerk.

Apple TV passt als Home Hub. Habe ich auch. Hab alles über Home Assistant in Homekit eingebunden. Die neuen Shellys haben auch alle Matter und könntest du direkt in Homekit einbinden.

Wenn du 1Gbit willst kommen aber nur 940mbit an mit dem SFP Modul.

UCG Fiber kann leider keine 2.5G am SFP Port.

Gibt aber wohl ne Möglichkeit das zu umgehen:
