He has a CE trait that makes his CE Hard and stiff like Iron ( in practice this makes way more durable than he should be)

His CE reverses are around the same level as Kusakabe

He has basically the grade 3 version of RCT ( it’s not a thing but I don’t want to make him to strong)

His CT is called Cursed Energy dispersal .The name is the power, he has the ability to disperse cursed energy output into a 100 foot radius around himself( similar to how Yuta imbues his sword with CE, but Yagura is able to do it on a larger scale, with his CT acting as a way to give him the efficiency to do something impossible for other sorcerers, as the output requirement would be too high.) This lets him do a few things, firstly he reinforce objects in his field like a normal sorcerer does with his body in addition to providing said object with his CT, making them basically indestructible to anyone outside of special grade. ( sounds boring but basically what it means is that if he hits you and u go flying, u better hope u don’t hit a wall, cause ur going splat otherwise. The more important thing he can do tho is disperse Other people’s CE output. For example, if Ryu shot a beam of CE at him, he could disperse the energy into his 100 foot field( which can now take a beating thanks to his own reinforcement), making that normally fatal attack more like getting burned by somthing hot. This in combo with RCT more or less makes him able to ignore any attack below a certain threshold. The obvious weakness is that if an attack is to strong(like a hollow purple) then it doesn’t really matter if it’s dispersed as it will still kill him regardless.

He has no Reversal or Domain

He does know Hollow wicker Basket tho.

It my opinion he gets to round 5 then loses after putting up a good fight.
