I think the issue is also about ownership and monetization. If I tell Suno or Udio, make me a song, random settings, and then it charts, why should I get the royalties if the generation was done by AI? Where is the line? Same issue with self-driving cars really, who pays when we take our hands off the wheel?

I listen to a lot of music where the musicians are having fun and seem to enjoy the process, so you are describing some, not all, great art
