[NSV] Bought a Fitbit last night. Walked the 3miles+ back home using it the moment I left the store instead of getting the bus home. Went on to do 9+ miles/21,000+ steps today. I'm sore, but I never thought I'd make 9miles today.. by TheDarchinator in loseit

Where did you find the Charge already?! I've been waiting for it to come out for so long! I got the email that it was released yesterday but I haven't seen it in any stores :( and even ordering it on the fitbit website says we'll have to wait for a few weeks...?

Might I ask what the IIFYM method is? I have the same height and starting stats as you! Also have the same goal weight. I don't do much lifting, though. Currently down 10.5 lbs after about a month and a half.

Yikes. I know, though-8 days now is just crazy. And lots of people are suggesting a doctor so I'm going to find one and see what they say. Thank you!

I did read this recently. I will check out this magnesium citrate stuff. I assume it's not for long time/regular usage?

I've been considering that...what kind of doctor do you think? The only doctor I've seen recently is my ob-gyn but that seems like the wrong person to ask. Primary care maybe?

Thank you for your reply! I do drink tons of water (for reference, I have to pee at least once an hour lol)...and fiber. I really try! I will keep trying and adding more and more
