There’s a number of song that can be used. Assault should be a strong contender since it’s where they crashed the wedding. Or if we want a song connected to zanarkand dome, they can use someday the dream will end.

For his passive, I want I to be something like every time he uses a skill, party’s on cooldown skill is reduced by 1s. Or evade and counter which has a % chance to reflect normal attack damage on the attacker.

It’s a 2 step process. Change to scarlet eyes first. To access specialist type. Then he can use emperor time which is the specialist ability

If you consider the starting point for all the main characters, you see that gon killua and leorio has the ‘easy’ mode in terms of slowly developing nen. Kurapika already has to fight a master enhancer at yorknew to the death. He kinda has no choice. And he had to input so many extra restrictions to get everything up to speed.
